The Township Supervisor serves as Chief Executive Officer of the Township.
Duties and responsibilities include serving as Chairman of the Township Board of Trustees, Administrator of the General Assistance program, and Treasurer of all town funds, including General Assistance and Road and Bridge Funds.

The Township Clerk is keeper of all Township records, except for active General Assistance cases. Duties and responsibilities include keeping accurate minutes of all Township Board Meetings and Executive Sessions, publishing of legal notices, including notices for the Highway Commissioner, acting as the Local Election Authority, and witness bid openings for both the Township and Road District.

The Township Highway Commissioner is the Administrator of the Road District, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of roads and bridges within the Townships jurisdiction.
In many respects, the Township Highway department is a separate government. Neither the Township Board of Trustees nor the Supervisor has any jurisdiction over the Highway Commissioner or the Road District 's employees.
